Interview with a satisfied administrator of a multi-apartment building
We checked up on the building manager after a little more than over a year since replacing the old door entry system so see how the residents are satisfied with the new door entry system and how she alone evaluates the cooperation with the company Comfort-el.
We made the following quick interview.
1.) If we begin with a totally classical question - why did you even decide to replace the door entry system?
The main cause that we decided for the replacement of the door entry system was the inappropriate position of the old external door entry unit. That one was situated next to the main entrance that is used only by a smaller number of residents. Most used the back entrance that borders a parking lot which did not have a door entry system before.
2.) You talked to quite a couple of companies before deciding on the replacement of the door entry system. Based on what did you decide for the company Comfort-el in the end?
It is true, we wanted to be 100% sure that the replacement will go as we have agreed on before we chose a company for the realisation of the replacement. We had been planning on the replacement of the door entry system for quite some time and we dedicated a large sum of time to the searching and checking companies. We received more offers before we began the work and we decided for Comfort-el because of a competitive offer pricewise as well as the fact that they examined the building and explained the work procedure in detail before settling down on a final offer.
3.) How satisfied were you with the intercommunication and with the process of the door entry system replacement?
I have to emphasize that all the contractors were very professional and did their work before the deadline and despite that unexpected problems occured during the replacement itself. I was especially enthusiastic about the fact that those hired got the information about the desired internal units of all the residents by themselves. This us how they fundamentally reduced the work of the management council and did away with the need for various floor owner meetings. It was without a doubt obvious that the company is well organized and that the employees know exactly what they are doing.
4.) How satisfied are you after all this time with the operation of the internal unit?
Our main principle for the replacement of the door entry system was taht the external unit is also installed at the back entrance as I mentioned before. All the residents were extremely happy with this as it made their everyday entries and exits into fundamentally easier. The quality of the sound and picture itself is fundamentally better with the new door entry system with only having the residents get used to a new way of using the door entry system.
But I can tell that I have not noticed any scratches or impracts on the external unit after one year of using the door entry system.
5.) How satisfied are the residents with the chosen internal units?
I have not received any complaints from the residents that would be aimed at the video or audio internal units until now. Most of the residents opted for the audio units as far as i know as the multi-apartment building is situated in a tranquil and safe area and that is why they probably did not feel the need for a video unit.
6.) Would you recommend Comfort-el from your experience?
Of course! Without a doubt.
